Seminar Abstract

Every country on every continent is affected by climate change. Economies are disrupted and it is affecting lives, costing people, communities, and countries dearly now and in the future. Combating Climate Change is one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. There would be a need for an advanced method to combat climate change and Digital could be one of the answers. This paper looks at the use of Digital technology to carry out simulations to produce buildings, or, to use Digital Twin and Virtual Reality to monitor how cities are functioning. These studies can not only be carried out on precinct wide, but also city wide. We call it, Virtual Reality Cities.
